Our apartments
Situated in a new and typical house with a big garden (more than 700 square metres), in front of the Avisio river and of the marvelous Dolomites, the flats are in a very quiet and sunny position.
They all have independent entrances, private parking, bike- and ski-depot (with skibootsheater), with a common washing machine.
In the flats it is forbidden to smoke and dogs are not allowed.
We ask our customers to leave the flats within 9.00 o’clock of the departure day. The arrival is between 16.00 and 20.00.
When booking, it is possible to agree on a different arrival or departure time.
Three rooms "A"
Vernel
The flat (44 square metres) can accommodate 4 people. It consists of a hall, two bedrooms,
(double room, double bed or two single beds), a wardrobe, a bathroom and living room with cooking area (electric cooker, fridge and dishwasher) and a sofa.
LCD TV with satellite channels and DVD player is available.
Two Rooms "B"
Pordoi
The flat (37 square metres) can accomodate 2 or 3 people and it consists of a hall, one bedroom
(double room, double bed or two single beds), a wardrobe, bathroom and living room with cooking area (electric cooker, fridge and dishwasher) and a sofa.
LCD TV with satellite channels and DVD player is available.
Three Rooms "C"
Col Rodella
The flat (54 square metres) can accomodate 4 people and it consists of a hall, two bedrooms
(double room, double bed or two single beds), a wardrobe, two bathrooms, a living room with cooking area (electric cooker, fridge and dishwasher) and sofa.
Television LCD with satellite channels and DVD player is available.
